Recommend technology products and services that improve the end-user experience with CPSO information systems. Effectively communicate ticket status, set realistic expectations, and follow work through to resolution. Apply the principle of least privilege to all access requested, granted, used, or administered. Document work in the service desk ticketing system with accurate detail, and keep configuration, asset, and procedural documentation current. Complete required security awareness training and model secure practices for agency personnel. Demonstrate the agency's core values of Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Accountability, and Excellence in all work and interactions.
