Triad Executive Advisors is hiring a System Analyst I to support, enhance, and optimize healthcare information systems serving hospital clients. The System Analyst I will work with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to evaluate current systems, gather requirements, implement technology solutions, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and improve system performance. This role supports technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance and security, and improve patient care. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing healthcare systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Gather functional and technical requirements from hospital departments and stakeholders. Support the installation, configuration, customization, and integration of software solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshoot software and hardware issues. Analyze system data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for management. Help ensure systems comply with HIPAA, CMS, HITECH, and other applicable requirements. Develop training materials and train hospital staff. Assist with IT project planning, documentation, timelines, and implementation. Maintain accurate system and project documentation. Support data security and privacy practices for protected health information. Perform other duties as assigned to support client and organizational needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of three years of experience in systems analysis or IT support, preferably in a healthcare environment. Experience with hospital management systems, electronic health records, or health information management systems is preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, and healthcare information security requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of systems design, programming, database management, and SQL. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices. Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in a professional office and healthcare client-site environment. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility required to meet business, project, or client needs outside of standard hours. Pay:

$57,818.96 - $65,674.45 per year
