IT Certified Professional (Surge)- Sr. Level
Job DescriptionProvides surge capacity for RMF lifecycle reporting and hardware/software reconciliation when workload exceeds core staffing (e.g., new system onboarding, network expansion, reauthorization cycles, or audit preparation). Works under the direction of the IT Sys Solutions Architect-Sr.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
SecurityX (formerly CASP+) or equivalent certification - CISSP, SecurityX , and CySA + are acceptable. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting RMF lifecycle reporting. Experience with software/hardware reconciliation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform the same RMF documentation, eMASS maintenance, and hardware/software reconciliation tasks as the core IT Certified Professional-Sr during surge periods. Accelerate authorization package development for new or expanding systems and enclaves. STIG/SCAP and vulnerability scan analysis and POA&M updates to clear backlogs. Support audit and inspection preparation, evidence collection, and data calls.
