Warranty Analyst (Plymouth, MN) The Warranty Analyst is accountable for supporting the processing of warranty claims, advanced warranty reporting and establishing warranty policies. Accountabilities Reviews warranty claims for validity and completeness prior to authorization. Analyzes warranty claims to identify trends and root causes of product failures. Develops and implements warranty policies and procedures to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. Collaborates with engineering, quality, and customer service teams to address warranty issues and implement corrective actions. Prepares detailed reports on warranty claims, costs, and performance metrics. Monitors warranty data to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Provides technical support and guidance to dealers and internal teams regarding warranty-related inquiries. Conducts regular audits of warranty claims to ensure accuracy and integrity of data. Assists in the development of training materials and programs related to warranty processes. Responsible for high level negotiation and dispute resolution. Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, professionalism and projecting a positive image of CFMOTO. Responsible for operating within standard operating procedures and following all Company Health & Safety guidelines. Ensures a clean and safe work environment. Other duties as required. Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities Education & Experience Required Associate's degree in Business, Engineering or other related area; or equivalent experience 3-5 years' previous experience in similar role within the Powersports, Automotive or similar industry Strong understanding of diagnosis and repair of off-road and on-road vehicles Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills with an obsessive attention to detail Must be able to collaborate and bridge the communications gap between the engineering team, service technicians, management team, and dealers, interfacing with each Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and proficient with Word and Outlook Strong customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and vendors at all levels in a cross-cultural setting High level negotiation and dispute resolution skills Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities Commitment to continuous improvement, safety, teamwork and open communications Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism A positive attitude, motivated, self-starter with strong teamwork skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written Proven problem solving, decision making and planning skills Demonstrates speed and flexibility as appropriate in responding to and adapting to change Promotes cooperation within the team and between teams Demonstrated ability to adapt to a challenging and developing environment; willingness to take on new responsibilities as our business evolves Additional information All applicants must be eligible to work in the US Normal schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; ability to work required hours Working conditions are normal for an office environment Requires use of office equipment such as computers, telephones, copy machines Required sitting and computer-related activities for extended periods of time Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Equipment operation requires specialized training and testing within CFMOTO standards Travel up to 20% The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of job-related factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, location and other business and organizational needs.
