Job Description

Facility Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Location Fayetteville, North Carolina Department Organization Development Job Family Clerical Work Shift Summary Assists and provide support to assigned department. Work on projects that help in developing a working knowledge of the area. Involves hands-on work as needed and acceptable, with oversight by designated staff and leaders. May work on projects as part of their school requirements, submitting all information for review and approval before submitting to their school. Major Job Functions The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this job. The incumbent may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below. In addition, specific functions may change from time to time: Assist with data entry and file organization Provide data analysis Assist with month-end reports Assist with audits Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:

Education and Formal Training :

High school diploma or equivalent required Enrolled in a 4-year accredited degree program required 3.0 GPA or higher required

Work Experience :

None Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Critical thinking demonstrated at above average level Able to communicate effectively and work with people of all social, economic, and cultural backgrounds

Self-motivated Physical Requirements :
