Job Description Looking for a senior-level Application Support Analyst with 5+ years of experience supporting business-critical applications in a banking environment. The ideal candidate has strong L3 troubleshooting skills, experience with a core banking platform such as Fiserv Premier, and the ability to work directly with end users and third-party vendors to diagnose and resolve complex application issues. Skills and Requirements production support experience, ideally within banking or financial servicesStrong Level 3 troubleshooting experience, able to investigate complex application issues beyond surface-level supportExperience supporting a core banking platformFiserv Premier is ideal, but experience with another core banking system is transferableStrong understanding of banking operations/business processes and how technology supports the businessHands-on experience managing tickets and incidents, troubleshooting root causes, and communicating directly with end users to understand issuesStrong vendor management experience, including working with third-party application vendors such as Fiserv to troubleshoot and escalate issuesExperience supporting releases, application changes, and system configuration/specification changesComfortable working in a loose Agile environment with releases, sprints, and a fail-fast mentality We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
