Requirement:

Bid number: 61295-1 Job nature: Provide on-going support and implementation services for computer systems in C&ED.

Job description:

To provide production support services for existing computer systems in C
To provide implementation services for new system enhancement (i.e. conduct SA&D, prepare program specification, conduct system test and user acceptance test, prepare documentation, etc);
To supervise subordinates to carry out the implementation work; and
To perform any works assigned by supervisor.

Requirement details:

At least seven years working experience in application development with at least six years must be in similar post or in comparable capacity;
May require to travel to other C&ED offices and land boundary control points for the project;
Provides service outside office hours, e.g. 7 x 24 on-call production support;
Shall comply with all government-wide and C&ED departmental circulars for staff administration and code of conduct; and
Integrity record check for the candidate is required and the candidate shall be requested to sign a consent during the recruitment interview.

Essential skills:

At least 4 years of DMS Document Management System experience At least 4 years of JAF Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) experience At least 4 years of JAP JavaScript Programming experience At least 4 years of

JDE J2EE

Development experience At least 4 years of ODB Oracle RDBMS experience At least 4 years of MEN Moderate Exposure of Spoken English in Work experience At least 4 years of MWE Moderate Exposure in Written English experience The following skills are not necessary but are appreciated: At least 1 year of GOV Work experience with/in the Government experience
