Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Position Summary Our client is seeking a detail-oriented PSD Business System Administrator to support Product and Service Delivery operations. This position is responsible for maintaining business systems, supporting system users, coordinating user access, correcting system data issues, and preparing reports and analyses for assigned accounts and operational tasks. The successful candidate will provide dependable user support while maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential business information. Responsibilities Ensure consistent and effective use of the company's business systems. Provide system assistance and technical support to local users. Coordinate and support the local user community. Conduct local system training as needed. Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and deactivation of user accounts. Monitor system-access requests and verify that the appropriate authorizations are obtained. Identify and correct system errors. Remove obsolete, inaccurate, or duplicate system records. Track system feedback, help requests, bugs, and improvement suggestions. Ensure users receive timely responses and issue updates. Maintain an organized electronic filing and document-archiving system. Prepare reports and analyses for assigned accounts and operational tasks. Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Deliver professional and responsive internal customer service. Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and data-management requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in business-system administration, operations support, technical support, data administration, or a related position. Experience supporting users and resolving system-related questions or issues. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and electronic filing systems. Ability to enter, review, correct, and maintain accurate system data. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Comfortable working a 12-hour rotational schedule. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting oilfield, energy, manufacturing, logistics, or Product and Service Delivery operations. Experience with enterprise resource planning, business operations, asset management, or job-delivery systems. Experience managing user accounts, access requests, reports, master data, or system tickets. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience working with local operations teams and providing user training. Important Schedule and Compensation Information Pay range: $25.00-$28.00 per hour. Twelve-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7PM-7AM. Rotation consists of 11 days on and 3 days off. Schedule includes every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. No mileage, housing, per diem, or relocation reimbursement is provided. Immigration sponsorship is not available.
