Documentation Associate responsible for reviewing, approving, preparing, and maintaining manufacturing and product documentation to support product and system release. Job Requirements Experience with product and document configuration management. Intermediate proficiency with document management and word-processing software, including Microsoft Word. Knowledge of design methodology, product configuration, and manufacturing processes. Experience reviewing technical and manufacturing documentation. Ability to address technical documentation issues in written and verbal formats. Ability to work within defined deadlines and changing production priorities. Preferred Skills Product configuration experience. Document configuration experience. Experience with documentation systems and controlled document processes. Experience preparing product and document change request packages. Experience supporting manufacturing documentation and product release activities. Job Responsibilities Review and approve manufacturing and related documentation for product and system release. Prepare and support product documentation. Develop product and document change request packages. Maintain required product and manufacturing documentation. Implement and support documentation systems. Verify documentation accuracy, completeness, and configuration requirements. Support documentation changes associated with manufacturing processes and product configuration.
