5 years Position Summary The ServiceNow PPM supports the successful delivery of IT infrastructure and security projects through effective use of the ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform. This role is responsible for portfolio administration, project governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Administer and support ServiceNow PPM, including project intake, demand management, portfolio reporting, and governance processes. Coordinate the delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives by tracking milestones, dependencies, resources, and project health. Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans while escalating concerns as needed. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide visibility into project and portfolio performance. Facilitate meetings with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project sponsors to drive decisions and remove roadblocks. Ensure project data integrity and adherence to established PMO and governance standards. Support continuous improvement of project management processes and ServiceNow PPM capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5 years of project coordination, PMO, or project management experience. 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM/SPM. Experience supporting IT infrastructure and/or information security projects. Demonstrated experience with risk and issue management in a project environment.
