Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and integration of a Landscape industry-specific software. The program is a cloud based evolution of a software we have been using for 25 years. The new program is called 'GO' and is produced by Include Software. It has been in development for several years and we will be getting our first look at it ASAP. Responsibilities Learn the various parts of the software and assist with its development and implementation. Example
- transitioning from traditional (paper) system to mobile system for payroll and job costing. Setup of key modules
- estimating templates, proposal forms, invoices, catalogue assemblies, time entry, etc. The program will likely require extensive setup to tailor and customize it. Some knowledge of the contracting business is extremely helpful. In a nutshell, a contracting business must understand how to estimate, produce and manage time. The software is supposed to be an asset in this regard
- when successfully implemented.
