Key Responsibilities Manage user accounts and ensure timely onboarding and offboarding. Implement and maintain role-based access controls to enforce security policies. Provide support for access-related issues and collaborate with teams for troubleshooting. Participate in access reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with policies. Analyze requirements and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in problem resolution and root cause analysis. Strong attention to detail with a record of meeting deadlines. Proficiency in data querying, reporting, and analysis. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
