JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates and maintains computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Approaches problems analytically, using good judgment, common sense, and technical knowledge when problem solving. Makes every attempt to resolve tasks/calls quickly and limits the need to dispatch additional staff where possible. Focused on 100% uptime and customer satisfaction. Maintains inventory of spare parts and replacement equipment. Configures and tests new and existing systems. Repairs/refurbishes equipment. Escalates problems to support vendor as appropriate. Contributes to the productivity and efficient operation of the department through skills transfer, continued professional growth and self-education of new technologies. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Education Level:

Associates Degree in an Information Technology field, or A+, or N+ certification

Experience Requirement:
