This role is based in Northern Suburbs, IL, and offers a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite. Responsibilities:

Receiving basic support requests from end-users for software applications Creating and managing software requests Providing basic software support and troubleshooting Serve as a team member, potentially guiding contingent workers indirectly. Ensure compliance with applicable corporate policies and procedures.

USD $24.00/Hr.

Max:

USD $26.00/Hr.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Proficiency with software and hardware renewals preferred. IT asset management experience preferred. Microsoft Office suite including O365.
