As a Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst, you know that understanding the adversaries' tactics, techniques, and procedures are crucial to producing the intel that enables the success of mission owners. At Booz Allen, you can apply your vulnerability analysis, network mapping, exploitation, and signals intelligence (SIGINT) experience to offensive cyber operations that inform our nation's most critical security missions.

With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst, you use your specialized expertise in SIGINT and attention to detail to develop access leads and products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. This is a chance to define your expertise as you develop new skills incorporating raw, often time-sensitive intelligence paired with a multitude of platforms and tools enabling you to affect the targeting narrative or picture. You will be with a team of teams w you will share your skills, expertise, and hunger for solutions with other analysts.

You Have:

Experience with SIGINT analysis and technical targetingExperience with telecommunications, weapons, and space-based technologiesExperience with social network analysis, network exploitation and vulnerability analysis, and target developmentExperience supporting and leveraging CNO projectsAbility to leverage processes and client tools for signals intelligence discovery analysisAbility to read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives, as presented dailyAbility to parse, research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets and generate leads to advance dynamic objectives collection and analysisTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphHS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with signals intelligence analysis, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with signals intelligence analysis

Experience with dataflow and signals intelligence architectureExperience supporting multi-agency collaborationExperience working in the IC communityKnowledge of telecommunications networks, including evolving trends and technologiesKnowledge of all-source intelligence such as SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINTKnowledge of the latest developments in SIGINT collection and processing, computer protocols, and communications technologiesKnowledge of CNO processes and capabilitiesKnowledge of OSINT research and techniquesKnowledge of ports, protocols, and network configurationsAbility to assess network vulnerabilities and identify key network topology

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
