About the role As a Workday Consulting Intern, you will make an impact by contributing to the delivery of cutting-edge HR and Finance technology solutions on the Workday platform while gaining hands-on experience with data analysis, process optimization, and real-world client engagements. You will be a valued member of Cognizant's award-winning Workday Practice and work collaboratively with seasoned consultants, subject matter experts, and clients. In this role, you will

+ Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and industry best practices, and apply it to analyze issues, conduct research, and support testing.

+ Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

+ Collaborate with team members to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions, and support go-to-market initiatives.

+ Apply AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and address client and internal business challenges.

+ Contribute to deliverables and thought leadership content, and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Plano, TX.
