Job Description
Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities: Review current project status, conversion activities, migration results, and outstanding issues. Work with university finance stakeholders to understand legacy business processes and data structures. Identify relevant Colleague screens, fields, records, and underlying data needed for conversion validation. Validate converted financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Compare Oracle data against legacy Colleague records and validate source-to-target mappings. Perform financial data reconciliations between legacy and future-state systems. Investigate conversion discrepancies, document findings, and coordinate resolution with High Point and DriveStream. Retest corrected data and track validation issues through resolution. Collaborate with functional leads and implementation partners to maintain visibility into project risks, decisions, and outstanding activities.
