This role focuses on administration, troubleshooting, security, and guiding our organization on best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem. Responsibilities Manage and support Windows 10/11 devices Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, Entra ID) Deploy and maintain Azure resources (VMs, networking, identity, security) Improve system reliability, security, and performance Provide technical guidance, documentation, and user support Requirements Strong expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure Experience with Intune and identity management Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Microsoft certifications (AZ‑104, MS‑900, MD‑102, etc.) preferred Work will be performed remotely but candidate must be located in the NY/NJ metro area.

Pay:

$75.00 - $120.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 20.0 per week
