Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Required:

Minimum of 4 years' higher education and/or work experience. Prior experience in digesting technical information and communicating technical problems effectively. Experience supporting MacBook and IOS devices Detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience Preferred:

A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, along with at least 5 years of higher education and/or work experience, will set you apart.
