About the Opportunity ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join the Fraud Prevention and Digital Solutions technology team at a leading financial services organization known for innovative institutional and investment products. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology within a high-visibility Digital Engagement domain. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, Full Stack engineers (Java/Angular), SDETs, and product teams to define, refine, and deliver high-quality solutions that support critical digital and fraud-prevention capabilities. What You'll Do Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document clear, high-quality business and functional requirements using Agile Scrum Interview stakeholders and translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications Collaborate daily with Java Full Stack developers, SDETs, and other engineers to ensure requirements are well-understood and testable Support end-to-end solution design across front-end, middle-tier services, and back-end data layers Perform data analysis and validation using SQL (Oracle experience preferred) Identify gaps, risks, and issues early; drive root-cause analysis and resolution Facilitate grooming sessions, sprint planning, and cross-team discussions Create and maintain clear documentation, process flows, and status reporting Help ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for security, scalability, and quality in a regulated financial environment Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment Required Qualifications 5+ years of Systems Analysis experience in enterprise technology environments Strong experience interviewing stakeholders and extracting high-quality business requirements in Agile Scrum Solid SQL skills with the ability to write and analyze complex queries Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and issue-management skills Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and relationship-management skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail Experience collaborating closely with developers and QA/SDET teams Preferred Qualifications Financial services experience (especially institutional, digital engagement, or fraud-prevention domains) Familiarity with modern web architectures (Java, Angular, REST APIs, microservices) Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Jira, Confluence, or similar Atlassian tools Exposure to Content Management Systems (e.g., Sitecore) or digital platforms Understanding of test automation concepts and how strong requirements support automation
