IT Operations and Support We are looking for versatile problem-solvers who can learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and apply technology to solve real business challenges. As an IT Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects that improve operations, enhance customer experience, strengthen cybersecurity, enable data-driven decisions, and support enterprise technology systems. Essential Functions Contribute to real business and technology projects with measurable outcomes.

Analyze problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.

Learn and apply technical concepts across multiple IT disciplines.

Collaborate with business partners, customers, and technology teams.

Support the design, implementation, testing, and improvement of technology solutions.

Work with data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.

Create process, product, and architectural documentation that can represent complex concepts or solutions, and build on a knowledge base for the future.

Participate in project, product, operational, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Available to work full-time for the duration of the summer (May - August 2027)

Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to solve problems
