It designs and supports a SaaS Travel & Expense ecosystem including Concur, reporting, API integrations with finance and HR systems, Duty of Care, midoffice travel tools, and corporate card providers. Responsibilities include translating change requests into requirements and design documentation, coordinating technical integrations, providing Concur subject matter expertise, supporting development and SIT/UAT, and promoting releases to production while supporting client stakeholders.
