As a Technology Intern, you will participate in and contribute to project and operational work under the guidance of experienced Technology professionals. Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join ourStevens Point office with the Technology team as aSummer Intern. This 12-week paid internship offers a deep dive into the world of Technology.

You will: Participate as an active member of the software engineering team, contributing to project and operational workDevelop, test, troubleshoot, and document software solutions with guidance from experienced engineersTake ownership of assigned development tasks and follow them through completionWork both independently and collaboratively with engineers and other team membersParticipate in the team's normal development processes, discussions, and meetingsInvestigate technical problems and develop thoughtful solutions using available tools and resourcesManage assigned work and priorities while maintaining strong attention to quality and accuracyCommunicate progress, questions, challenges, and blockers with the teamYou will be part of a dynamic and supportive Technology team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. BHSI Qualifications:

College concentration in one of the STEM disciplines or prior experience and demonstrated passion in an Information Technology roleAnalytical, problem solving and conceptual skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skills preferably from past job or volunteer experience Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with MS Office ApplicationsAll candidates must have permanent work authorization in the United StatesAbility to manage multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong focus, attention to detail and accuracyExposure to or experience with AI-assisted development tools and an interest in applying AI effectively within the software development lifecycle is a plus

Pay Transparency:

The base salary range for this position in Stevens Point is from $22/hour - $25/hour; a candidates salary is determined by their relevant skills and experience. We value our teammates both their capabilities and character as demonstrated by our amazing culture.
