You Have:

Experience working as a telecommunications engineerExperience in optical transmission technologies and optical test proceduresExperience with system-level network topology planning and physical-layer telecommunications infrastructureExperience drafting requirements, technical site documentation, trip reports, engineering change requests, and architecture diagramsExperience architecting and designing complex systemsExperience withnetworktechnology, components, systems, and vendorsTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degreeand 8+ years of experience with network technologies, or 12+ years of experience with network technologies in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with telecom service provider engagementKnowledge of DISN operational processes, Telecommunications Service Orders (TSOs), Telecommunications Service Requests (TSRs), and Department of Defense (DoD) network security architecturesAbility to research and resolve issues insystems implementations and configurations

BICSI CertificationClearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
