Job Description :

Summary The Consultant Engineer is responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement tools to design Supply Chain Solutions in current and future operations. Essential Functions Collects data and performs statistical analysis Maps and documents processes. Recommends and implements process improvement Establishes and implements performance measures Manages small and medium size projects Conducts Supply Chain and/or inventory analysis Re-designs and/or re-engineers logistics processes Supports business development and creates efficient designs and solutions Determines efficient utilization of resources by analyzing layouts, labor force, driver and equipment utilization charts Additional Responsibilities Applies company methodologies and tools to design transportation operations Confers with the Engineering and Operations Managers to implement efficient and competitive solutions Applies Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Statistical Process Controls (SPC) tools Assists in the development and delivery of presentations to customers as part of the sales team effort Performs other duties as assigned. Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
