This role sits at the intersection of design, product development, and customer success, ensuring our technology is optimized to meet client needs in highly complex supply chain networks. By combining strong design leadership with practical use of AI tools, the Product Designer will directly contribute to the company's strategic goals of innovation, scalability, and client-centric solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities 1. Lead the design process for new application features on both web and mobile platforms, creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visually polished UI designs. 2. Own and refine existing product areas to resolve usability issues, maintain accessibility standards, and modernize legacy designs based on customer feedback and usage data. 3. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align on requirements, define project priorities, and balance efforts between feature development and incremental improvement. 4. Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance design ideation, prototyping, and early-stage concepts, while ensuring the final quality meets high professional standards. 5. Gather and analyze user data through usability testing, analytics, and feedback to inform and iterate on design decisions and measure post-launch success. Minimum Requirements 1. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and address user needs. 2. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product design, with a proven track record of launching new features and enhancing web or mobile applications. 3. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes, decision-making frameworks, and measurable results. 4. Advanced proficiency in Figma for prototyping, interactions, and design systems, with a strong grasp of both interaction design and visual design principles. 5. Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools within the design workflow, with the ability to exercise judgment on when and how to refine AI-generated outputs. 6. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams in an agile environment, demonstrating effective communication and the ability to articulate design rationales. Preferred Requirements 1. Practical experience contributing to or managing a design system for consistency across large-scale products. 2. A background in updating or modernizing older digital products, with sensitivity to legacy system constraints. 3. Exposure to designing for logistics, supply chain, or workflow-based applications that handle complex data sets. 4. Foundational knowledge of front-end development frameworks or templates to ensure design feasibility. 5. Experience using emerging AI-augmented design or code-based prototyping tools like Figma Make, v0, or Cursor to accelerate idea validation. Skills 1. Expertise in UX/UI Design, including interaction and visual design. 2. Advanced proficiency in Figma for prototyping and collaboration. 3. Familiarity with AI-assisted design processes and tools. 4. Strong user empathy and problem-solving based on quantitative and qualitative insights. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.
