We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Tech lead for delivery roles in large scale AEM project. Candidate will lead a team of 8 to 12 members and be responsible for the team's technical deliverables. Candidate will provide technical direction during the implementation phase and detail the design to a level usable by developers.

Required Detail:

8+ years of overall experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM as a developer or tech lead Capability to understand overall architecture and define detailed design Minimum 2 full life-cycle implementation experience on AEM 6.x, preferably 6.3+ as Developer Deep Expertise creating custom AEM components (JSP, Sightly) and OSGI bundle Knowledge of AEM workflows, user management, roles and I18N knowledge Content migration to AEM especially using automation techniques Consume and integrate rest and soap services to AEM. Desirable skills AEM Lead developer / Architect certification Understanding of personalization use cases Understanding of launch and Adobe analytics Agile Development Methodology experience is advantageous Understanding Integration of AEM with e-commerce applications in headless and non-headless deployments API development experience Soft Skills Leadership qualities Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Strong skills to effectively interface with client and other stake holders Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction

Pay:

$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
