but must be available during CST Business Hours On behalf of our agency client, we're looking for an experienced, freelance-based, UX/UI Designer to join a creative team on a remote contract basis. This is a hands-on role focused on creating intuitive, polished, high-performing digital experiences for B2B audiences.

UX/UI What You'll Do:

Design responsive websites and digital experiences from concept through high-fidelity UI Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs Build and extend design systems and reusable components in Figma Balance usability, visual design, brand, content, and conversion goals Collaborate with strategy, creative, content, and development teams Partner with developers to ensure designs are practical and production-ready Evaluate existing experiences and identify opportunities to improve usability and engagement

What We're Looking For:

Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and UI/visual design Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, responsive design, and prototyping Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, interaction design, and information hierarchy Experience designing complex, content-rich websites or digital products Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience working with developers and translating designs into front-end implementation Nice to

Have:

Experience with FigJam, Relume, WordPress, Contentful, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Jira, Monday.com, and AI-enabled design/prototyping tools. #LI-SS1 #
