DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or related design discipline Portfolio of effective interface design work or outstanding portfolio in a related design discipline A strong understanding of visual design and how it can shape and influence user interfaces Strong collaborative and organizational skills Ability to articulate the why as well as the what Dedication to detail and deadlines Experience using the Atlassian suite of products strongly preferred Experience working with a Tailwind based design system strongly preferred
