Akkodis is seeking a Lead UX/UI Engineer for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA/Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will design and develop intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experiences for enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions.

Rate Range:

$53/Hour to $55/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead UX/UI Engineer Responsibilities include:

Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for enterprise-grade web applications and AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into engaging user experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs using modern UX/UI design tools. Build and maintain scalable front-end applications using React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Develop reusable design systems, component libraries, and style guides while ensuring WCAG accessibility compliance. Optimize application performance, usability, and user engagement through testing, analytics, and continuous UX improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field. 8-11+ years of experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack application development. Strong hands-on expertise in React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web application development. Pay Details:
