The designer will craft interaction flows, storyboards, wireframes, and sitemaps to establish logical and intuitive navigation. Furthermore, they will be responsible for visual design, developing high-fidelity mockups, user interfaces, navigation menus, and widgets using industry-standard tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, and building interactive prototypes for testing and iteration based on user feedback. Collaboration and design in conjunction with the Mission Advocacy Team is considered a best practice to ensure consistency of design and feel across PEO-GG products. Finally, this role entails close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation, contributing to the creation and maintenance of robust design systems, and conducting final UI reviews to guarantee quality and adherence to design specifications. The ability to effectively communicate design decisions and adapt to technical constraints is crucial for success.
