Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to support the modernization of internal tools for Member Service Representatives. This contract role involves designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered interfaces that replace legacy systems reaching end-of-life. You will collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams—especially those working with Microsoft Dynamics—to craft high-quality, development-ready designs that enhance employee workflows and improve the overall member service experience. Your work will contribute to enterprise-wide design standards, ensure accessibility compliance, and push forward innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for internal operational tools. Translate legacy system functionalities into efficient, user-centered workflows. Develop high-fidelity UI/UX prototypes ready for development handoff. Contribute to and apply enterprise design systems for consistency, scalability, and accessibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Microsoft Dynamics developers, to define, refine, and validate requirements. Support usability testing, iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, and identify workflow inefficiencies. Ensure designs meet compliance, accessibility, and enterprise standards. Participate in Agile planning sessions, intake, and refinement activities.
Top Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, especially for enterprise applications. Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design, including high-fidelity prototypes. Experience working with design systems and tools like Figma. Ability to create development-ready designs with detailed interaction specifications. Strong collaboration experience in Agile environments with engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing internal or employee-facing tools, particularly in the financial or regulated industries. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms. Experience modernizing or replacing legacy systems. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Background working in financial services or compliance-sensitive sectors.
Tools & Technologies:
Figma (design, prototyping, design systems) Microsoft Dynamics (preferred) Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira Collaboration via Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
Success Measures:
Delivery of high-quality, development-ready design assets reducing ambiguity and streamlining engineering handoff. Improved workflows and usability for Member Service Representatives. Consistent application of design system standards. Effective collaboration across UX, Product, and Engineering teams.
Engagement Details:
