Responsibilities:

Create positive, upbeat atmosphere and maintain extraordinary customer service Greet customers making them feel welcome Surpass customer expectations and address customer concerns while delivering superb customer service Provide rules, introduction & summary, giving appropriate clues while monitoring the rooms, and summarizing the experience in an encouraging manner Diligently moderate the escape room, carefully monitoring the customers' progress to determine the proper clues to provide Provide immersive experience for customers by playing a character while delivering clues Minimize any negative customer experience while in the rooms by immediately addressing issues Ensure rooms run on time per schedule Provide wrap up of rooms in an encouraging manner Provide corporate events with professional event introduction and meaningful, interactive summary discussion Maintain quality control of rooms and facility by addressing worn props and clues and cleaning Prepare facility for events by setting up and cleaning Reset rooms meticulously for the next group Thoroughly clean rooms, bathrooms & facility per cleaning rotation schedule Proactively problem solve issues encountered during the day related to the facility, escape rooms, spoilers, props, cameras, computers, etc. Respond to customer inquiries by phone & follow up to secure reservations Deliver timely, professional and thorough communication with customers Review reservations for accuracy and contact customers regarding adjustments Train Game Masters and provide them with continued guidance Ensure company policies & procedures are followed
