JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Manager, Game Presentation The Allen Americans are a professional hockey club in the ECHL. Championship Hockey is the backbone of the American's franchise since being founded prior to the 2009-10 season, with the Red, White and Blue having captured two ECHL Kelly Cup Championships (2014-15 & 2015-16) and two Central Hockey League President's Cups (2012-13 & 2013-14). Americans play home games at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center in The Village at Allen.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and execute all in-game productions and promotions. Oversee the "Iconic Americans Game Experience", including producing game scripts, video board operations, and ideation for maximizing the FUN factor of Americans games. Hire, train, and manage a part-time gameday operations staff and interns. Work with our third-party to manage and improve our Americans mobile app. Design promotional materials, including but not limited to digital and static billboards, paid social media advertisements, in-game video board graphics, promotional videos, player content, and sales decks. Work with the sponsorships unit to ensure 100% compliance and execution of partnership agreements. Oversee Ice Angels, Mascot Program & Broadcast Team to maintain brand consistency across all mediums Lead, plan and manage events and community outings Develop game day communication channels required to achieve successful results (i.e., pregame production meeting & pregame game night staff meeting to review game script & game duties) Maintain the highest possible level of public image, professionalism and integrity to all customers, sponsors and organizational employees. Qualifications 4-year college degree from an accredited college/university. 1-2 years of experience in a sports marketing related environment. Graphic design and video editing skills with knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience with Daktronics and Click Effects preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
