Remote Employment Type:

12+ Month W2 Contract No C2C or Sponsorship Position Overview Talent Groups is seeking a Senior JavaScript Engineer to develop and support high volume, mission critical web applications. This is a hands on role focused on TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, Node.js, SQL, and cloud technologies , with daily use of AI assisted development tools. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, debug, and support enterprise web applications
Develop applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and Next.js
Design and optimize SQL databases, stored procedures, and queries
Participate in technical design and architecture
Deploy and support applications in cloud environments, with Azure strongly preferred
Use AI tools and coding assistants throughout the software development lifecycle
Troubleshoot technical, performance, and production issues
Collaborate with developers and cross functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Node.js
3+ years developing web applications with Next.js
5+ years of experience with SQL , including stored procedures, database design, and performance tuning
3+ years deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments
Experience developing multi tier applications for high volume systems
Experience using AI tools or coding assistants in software development
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively within an Agile development team Preferred Qualifications
Experience with C#, Java, Python , or other programming languages
Advanced infrastructure or infrastructure management experience
Experience with NoSQL databases
Experience using AI agents to automate development tasks and workflows
