The Role We're hiring an experienced web developer (5-7 years) to design, build, and maintain the web applications and services that connect our franchise network. You'll own features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and partner with our Senior Web Developer on the systems that move our business forward. This is not an entry-level seat. You should be comfortable shipping production code with limited oversight, debugging across the full stack, and improving systems you didn't originally write. What You'll Do

• Design, build, test, and maintain PHP/MySQL web applications and supporting services. Extend and document our custom API that bridges our proprietary desktop applications and web services
• Diagnose and resolve production issues. Collaborate with our development team on improvements to existing sites and on new initiatives
• Make sound technical trade-offs and explain them to non-technical stakeholders when needed What We're Looking For
• 5-7 years of professional web development experience
• Strong command of the

LAMP/LEMP

stack.

• Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs
• Comfort with Git and modern source-control workflows
• Track record of owning features from spec through deployment and maintenance
• Clear written and verbal communication
• you can explain a technical decision to a non-engineer Nice to Have
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (not required
• equivalent experience is fine)
• NodeJS development experience
• Experience integrating web services with desktop applications
• Print industry, e-commerce, or franchise-systems background Compensation Salary range: $75,000
• 85,000 commensurate with experience. Performance-based bonus on top of base. Benefits
