Job Description The client is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture to lead the development of scalable, customer-facing e-commerce experiences across web and mobile channels. This role partners with Product, UX, Enterprise Architecture, QA, and backend engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance the online shopping experience.

• Lead the design and implementation of React-based e-commerce applications.
• Drive Micro Frontend architecture using Webpack Module Federation or similar technologies.
• Develop reusable UI components using a shared design system.
• Collaborate with merchandising, digital product, marketing, and backend teams.
• Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production releases.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance.
• Champion engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Mentor developers and foster a collaborative engineering culture Skills and Requirements
• 8+ years of frontend development experience.
• Expert-level React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience implementing Micro Frontends (Module Federation preferred).
• Experience with Redux Toolkit, React Query, Context API, or similar.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Next.js and server-side rendering is a plus.
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms.
