We're seeking a reliable CNC Programmer & Operator who can perform both programming and machine operation on our CMS Brembana CNC to fabricate granite, quartz, marble, and other stone countertop materials. This is an on‑site, part‑time role, and we do not offer remote work. We're looking for someone who values precision, craftsmanship, and takes pride in producing high‑quality stone fabrication work. Responsibilities Program countertop jobs using CNC software and operate a CMS Brembana CNC machine Set up the machine, tooling, and materials for fabrication Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to ensure accurate fabrication Fabricate granite, quartz, marble countertops, including sink cutouts, cooktop cutouts, faucet holes, edge profiles, and other custom features Load and unload stone slabs using appropriate lifting equipment Inspect finished pieces using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Experience Proven experience programming and operating CMS Brembana or similar CNC machines for stone fabrication Experience fabricating granite, quartz, marble countertops Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming and design interpretation Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and measurements accurately Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, and precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work Ability to work independently and follow all safety procedures Applicants must already know how to operate a stone CNC machine or be able to learn the CMS Brembana quickly, as on‑site training is limited Work Schedule Part‑time position Flexible hours and scheduling This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator and Programmer to join a growing stone fabrication company. We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience operating stone CNC machines, ideally a CMS Brembana, or someone who can learn the system quickly with minimal training.
