The Website Administration Coordinator is a full-time nonexempt position which reports directly to the Manager of Information Systems. The Community Association (CA) website is an integral part of the Sun City Texas community. The Website Administration Coordinator serves as the website program lead over staff and volunteer administrators and is responsible for the support, maintenance, content management, and training aspects of the CA website. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Support staff, resident administrators, and residents with use of the website and applicable online applications Use and track questions and issues on Develop and provide training to CA staff, website administrators, and residents Coordinate and regular training of staff and volunteer administrators Serves as a liaison with the website vendor Assist in overseeing content on the CA website ensuring its functionality, accuracy, currency of information, and compliance with policies and procedures Assists staff with maintenance of CA website content and materials Recommend and oversee website development enhancements and projects Maintain CA online video content and post CA videos to website and streaming platform(s) Administer website traffic analytics for the CA and individual groups Assist with IT department tasks or projects as needed or assigned

Education and Experience:

Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others Capacity for managing multiple projects and tasks Ability to assist on a wide range of technical issues Creative and analytical problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team Experience with website administration Experience with AV systems preferable Experience with desktop and website administration Minimum 2-year related college/vocational degree or education and/or relevant industry certifications Sun City Texas Community Association (SCTXCA) offers a complete benefit package for full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, tuition reimbursement, company paid life insurance and long-term disability, EAP and a 401k plan.
