Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Greets employees and assists them in providing a high level of customer service to clients, passengers, and other employees. Makes assignments to assure that positions are covered and that the client is being serviced in accordance with their needs. Prioritizes work assignments to maintain efficiency. Maintains a high level of communication with agents, supervisors, and management. Relates information regarding events that may affect operations. Demonstrates ability to work with others and interact appropriately. Ability to think clearly during high stress periods. Possess empathetic abilities in dealing with passengers and their needs. Monitors employee's sign in and sign out to assure accuracy of employee's hours. May be requested to perform other duties as assigned based on manager's needs or airline activity. Ensure office is clean and presentable at all times.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Must be computer savvy Must have reliable transportation Ability to think clearly during high stress periods Must be flexible to work scheduled and/or non scheduled hours as required.
