In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining efficient daily operations by ensuring safe and timely transportation of passengers along predetermined routes in our fleet of buses. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, adhering to safety policies, and creating a reliable transit experience for our passengers. Responsibilities Operate buses and transport passengers along fixed routes Ensure adherence to schedules and route guidelines Collect fares and manage passenger boarding and deboarding Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety Communicate effectively with dispatchers and respond to route changes Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy with passengers Report any incidents or bus malfunctions promptly Comply with all traffic laws and regulation Required Skills Strong driving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage time effectively Problem-solving skills Basic mechanical knowledge of buses and maintenance Proficiency in using GPS and other routing systems
