Pay & Schedule Pay:

$36 (Effective 8/24/26)

Paid Training:

$20/hour

Charter/Activity Trips:

$27.81/hour (Effective 8/24/26)

Schedule:

Parttime, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours ✅ Why Drive with NRT ? Paid CDL training — no experience required Attendance bonuses + referral bonus program Consistent hours, consistent pay Opportunities for extra hours (charters & activity trips) Parttime benefits package: Dental, vision, 401(k), and more Supportive, safety first work environment Make a real impact in your local community What You'll Do Safely transport students to and from school and events Drive assigned local routes Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies Requirements CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!) Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one Safe driving record Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience Ability to pass background check & drug screening Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written) Ideal Candidates This role is specifically curated for those who value purpose over a 9-to-5 grind:
