What you would do Safely operate our motorcoaches and buses Take good care of the groups and passengers you carry Represent a company known for safety, reliability, and professionalism Work closely with a dispatch and operations team that supports you What we are looking for CDL not required — we'll help the right person get licensed At least 25 years of age A valid driver's license Willing to earn a CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements Able to pass a DOT medical exam Open to a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends Able to lift up to 50 lbs of luggage A professional attitude and a strong safety mindset The schedule This job is built around trips, so the hours flex with demand. Some weeks bring early mornings, evenings, or weekends. You will run a mix of local day trips and longer charters. Pay and benefits Paid onboarding period. You earn from your first day while you work toward your license. Starting at $21.00 per hour during onboarding, up to $27.00 per hour once licensed and based on experience. Gratuities are on top of your pay, and our drivers shared more than $120,000 in tips last year.
