Position Summary RM Group Enterprises LLC is currently hiring responsible, dependable, and safety-focused School Transportation Drivers . Drivers will safely transport students to and from school, follow assigned routes and schedules, maintain professional conduct, and comply with all company, school transportation, DOT, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements Applicants must:

Have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) . Possess a valid Passenger (P) Endorsement . Possess a valid School Bus (S) Endorsement . Class B CDL is strongly preferred. Possess any required school/student transportation certification. Have a clean or acceptable driving record. Meet all applicable school, district, state, federal, and company requirements. Complete required background checks. Complete required drug and alcohol screenings. Meet applicable medical qualification requirements. Be dependable and punctual. Demonstrate safe and defensive driving habits. Be able to work professionally with students, parents, school personnel, dispatch, and management. Be able to follow assigned routes and schedules. Immediately report accidents, incidents, delays, mechanical problems, or safety concerns. Complete required vehicle inspections before and after each route. Preferred Qualifications Class B CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements. Previous school bus driving experience. Previous commercial passenger transportation experience. Previous experience working with children or students. Strong knowledge of defensive driving techniques. Excellent attendance and reliability. Strong safety record. Experience performing commercial vehicle inspections. Driver Responsibilities Drivers are expected to: Safely transport students to and from school. Follow established pickup and drop-off locations. Follow assigned routes and schedules. Arrive on time for all assigned routes. Conduct complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain the vehicle in a clean, professional, and safe condition. Follow all applicable traffic and transportation laws. Follow school bus loading and unloading procedures. Never use a handheld mobile phone while operating the vehicle. Maintain professional behavior at all times. Communicate route delays or operational problems with management immediately. Confirm that all students have exited the vehicle after completing the route. Report mechanical or safety concerns immediately. Complete all required daily documentation and inspection reports.
