Bus Driver Catholic Partnership Schools - 4.0 Camden, NJ Job Details Part-time | Full-time 8 hours ago Qualifications Passenger Endorsement School Bus Endorsement Full Job Description Catholic Partnership Schools, Camden, NJ, is in need of a bus driver to transport elementary and middle school-aged students to extracurricular activities in Camden and Pennsauken, as well as local and regional field trips. We are a small school system with only one bus and one driver. It would be a great job for a retiree who wants to keep their license current and earn some extra income! Applicants must be available Monday-Thursday from 2:00pm-5:00pm from now until June 18 (excluding holidays and school breaks). Summer work is also available, but the schedule is not as fixed.

Schedule:

In a typical week, you'll work Monday-Thursday from 2-5pm. There are usually 3-5 field trips per month in addition to this. Very occasionally (2-3 times per year) you might be asked to work after 5pm or on a weekend for a special event. The bus driving position is part-time, but we may be able to offer full-time employment if the candidate is willing to do work other than driving (office assistance, maintenance, teaching assistant, etc.) Other responsibilities: You will be responsible for completing duties related to the bus, such as taking it for inspection, fueling and cleaning it, and performing general upkeep.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must possess a current NJ CDL license class B or above with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements. As mentioned above, we have one bus and you would be the one driver, so we need someone with experience. Must also pass required physicals and background checks and be able to perform the duties below: Pay Scale- This position pays an hourly rate and is very competitive with larger bus companies.
