Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing safe and reliable transportation services, particularly for children and individuals with special needs. This role requires excellent driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers. Responsibilities Safely operate a bus on designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Ensure the safety of all passengers, particularly children, during transit. Assist children in boarding and disembarking the bus, ensuring their comfort and security. Maintain a clean and organized bus interior. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus driving.
