Position Summary This role supports the Activities Director in planning and facilitating engaging recreational programs that enhance the psychosocial, physical, and emotional well-being of our residents. This position also includes safely transporting residents to scheduled appointments and community outings. Essential Responsibilities Assist the Activities Director in planning and implementing recreational and therapeutic activities that support residents' psychosocial needs. Facilitate group and individual activities that promote engagement, independence, and overall well-being. Transport residents safely to and from appointments, outings, and community events in accordance with company safety policies. Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to resident-centered care. Support the Mission, Vision, and Values of Inspirit Senior Living in all interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Preferred Qualifications Experience:

At least one year of experience in a residential care, assisted living, or senior living community preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach. Flexible schedule to meet the needs of residents, including occasional evenings or weekends. Basic computer skills required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (required for bus driver duties). Additional Requirements Pre-employment drug screening required TB testing required

Pay:

Up to $16.50 per hour
