Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $1,500!
Pay:
Fully Qualified CDL earns $21.63/hour, and CDL in progress earns $20.58/hour.
Schedule:
May through October We are hiring immediately and looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our Head Start team. This dual-role position supports both student transportation and facility operations, playing a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and supportive environment for students and staff. In this role, you will safely transport students to and from Head Start centers while maintaining a calm and orderly bus environment with the support of a bus monitor. You will follow all traffic laws and safety procedures and conduct routine bus inspections, reporting any maintenance concerns. In addition, you will help maintain clean, safe, and fully functional facilities by completing daily custodial tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing, as well as performing light maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid in-state CDL with School Bus and Passenger endorsements or be willing and able to obtain one shortly after hire. All candidates must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing. This is a critical role that directly supports student safety and the success of our program.
