Delivery Driver - Independent Contractor (1099)

We are seeking reliable, motivated, and professional Delivery Drivers to deliver small-parcel packages throughout Robertsdale, Loxley, Stapleton, and Daphne, Alabama. This is a

FULL-TIME INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

(1099)

OPPORTUNITY

for individuals who enjoy working independently, being on the road, and providing excellent customer service. Compensation Packages over 1 lb: $2.00 per stop Packages under 1 lb: $1.70 per stop Pay is based on completed delivery stops. Schedule 5-7 days per week Weekend availability is required Drivers must be available to work at least one weekend day — Saturday or Sunday Weekend availability is especially important because delivery volume is typically highest on weekends Drivers must be willing and able to cover all assigned routes within the service areas Daily Start Time & Location Load-out location: Theodore, Alabama Load-out time: Approximately 5:15 AM Drivers must arrive on time and be prepared to load and depart for their assigned delivery routes. Service Areas Drivers must be willing and able to deliver in the following areas: Robertsdale Loxley Stapleton Daphne Driver Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle suitable for package delivery Smartphone with reliable service Ability to use smartphone-based navigation and delivery-tracking applications Dependable transportation to and from the load-out location Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes efficiently Professional appearance and customer-service attitude Ability to work weekends as required Must be willing to service all routes posted/assigned Responsibilities Pick up and deliver small packages to residential and business locations Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules Safely handle and transport packages Use smartphone applications for navigation, route management, and delivery tracking Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to customers Maintain accurate delivery records Complete assigned routes in a timely and efficient manner Communicate professionally regarding any delivery issues or concerns Employment Type Independent Contractor / 1099 How to Apply If you are dependable, hardworking, have reliable transportation, and are interested in becoming a delivery driver, please email your interest and contact information to: williamsjroc@yahoo.com
