The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and packages efficiently while providing excellent customer service. As a Courier Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism on the road. Responsibilities Pickup and deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes Navigate customers' orders effectively to ensure timely deliveries to customers. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems to optimize delivery efficiency Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
